Healthcare. - Pets must have been vaccinated within the last 12 months and the vaccination certificate produced. We would ask that your cat's flea and worm treatments be up-to-date on arrival. Should your cat fall ill we reserve the right to take it to your own vet if possible, if not to a veterinary practice of our choice with costs pending to yourself. - Cats to be vaccinated against Influenza and Enteritis - Male cats must be Neutered - We reserve the right to refuse boarding of a pet without a current up to date vaccination certificate or any pet ill on arrival. Conditions - Although all pet(s) will be given every care, pets are boarded at owners risk. - A cheque for £10 per pet is required as a non-refundable deposit at the time of booking. - Boarding fees are due for payment on the day of arrival. - All nights booked must be paid for in full unless cancellation is notified more than 7 days before checking in date. - Alternative arrangements will be made for pet(s), not collected within 14 days of the collection date at the owner's expense. - All pet(s) need a current vaccination certificate to be produced for inspection on arrival. - Vaccinations must be done at least two weeks prior to checking in.
